Once upon a time, we knew everyone in our neighborhood.   Your neighbors were your extended family.  That has changed.  One Lafayette woman is working to  make a difference in  her neighborhood and community.

Mrs. Alzina Burrell Dural and her grass roots organization Seasons Of The Green Leaf is hosting a community block party for QT: the Quiet Town neighborhood, Saturday, October 29th from 10am until 2pm @ 901 Mudd Avenue, in Lafayette.  She says, “It is important that we get to know our neighbors again. In light of recent project coming to the neighborhood, now is the time for us  to get together and network.”
