2019 Festival International Lineup Released

We’re that much closer to Festival Season.

Festival International de Louisiane announced the lineup for their 33rd-year in existence and this year’s lineup is about as diverse as ever, featuring 24 different countries and regions. There are some standard regions that are getting featured, but some like Sudan are getting shown off for the first time ever at Festival International.

Of course, the lineup also features a lot of local flavor with several Grammy Award Winners in the mix. The Blue Monday Allstars’ Living Legends Tribute is one of the big highlights with Carol Fran, Henry Gray, and Lil Buck Senegal all performing on stage at the same time. They won’t be going it alone though as they’ll be joined by artists like Marc Broussard, Smokehouse Porter & Miss Mamie, and a lot more.

Outside of this big group of performers, some notable talent from New Orleans will make their way to the Hub City, including Tank & the Bangas.

Check out the full lineup here.
