Folks all over Acadiana are gearing up for Halloween, stocking up on treats, decorating, and preparing for Trick or Treat. Some communities have yet to set their Trick or Treat times.

Here’s what we have so far…

ACADIA PARISH: Church Point: October 31, 5:30 to 7:30 pm Estherwood, Iota, Morse, and Rayne: October 31, 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Mermentau: October 31, 5:30 to 7:00 pm. Crowley has yet to set Trick or Treat times.

EVANGELINE PARISH, several municipalities haven’t set their times. They include Basile, Chataignier, Turkey Creek, and Ville Platte. Mamou will have Trick or Treat October 30, 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Pine Prairiewill beOctober 31, 5:30 to 7:30 pm.

IBERIA PARISH: Jeanerette and Loreauville are yet to be determined. New Iberia and Delcambre will be October 31, 6 to 8 pm.

JEFF DAVIS PARISH:
Elton, Lacassine, Lake Arthur, and Welshhave yet to set their times. Trick or Treat in Jennings will be October 31, 5 to 7 pm.

LAFAYETTE PARISH: Broussard, Carencro, Duson, Lafayette, Scott, and Youngsville will be October 31, 6 to 8 pm.

ST. LANDRY PARISH: Arnaudville: October 29, 6 to 8 pm. Grand Coteau, Plaisance, Morrow, and Lawtell – October 31, 6 to 8 pm. Krotz Springs,Opelousas, Leonville: October 31, 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Cankton, Eunice, Palmetto, Port Barre, Sunset & Washington are all yet to be determined.

ST. MARTIN PARISH: Butte La Rose, Cade, Catahouls, Cecilia, Parks, and Stephensville have yet to set their times. Breaux Bridge, Henderson & St. Martinville will be October 31st, 6-8 pm.

VERMILION PARISH: Only Maurice has firmed up Trick or Treat times. October 31st, 6-8 pm.

IST. MARY PARISH: Amelia, Bayou Vista, Berwick, Franklin & Morgan City will hold Trick or Treat October 31st, 6-8 pm. Patterson is TBD.
