Spring Into Cash Contest Rules:
KLWB FM, KFXZ FM, KYMK FM AND KOGM FM will be giving listeners the chance to become an entrant in its Spring Into Cash Contest with periodic announcements on each station from April 25 – June17, 2016. Listeners will be instructed to register on-line in one, or all of the station’s websites for an opportunity to win a weekly prize of $1000.00. Listeners can register once per day on each website by joining the Loyalty Club for each respective station. Each entry will require 500 points that are earned in the loyalty clubs. Each Monday – Friday each station will provide secret code words that will give listeners additional opportunities to earn points for entry. Weekly winners will be automatically chosen via the contesting engine of the VIPology Loyalty Clubs. The winning listeners will be contacted by telephone with checks handed out at the Delta Media Studios within three days following the weekly drawing.
There will be a total of 7 weekly winners.
Eligibility
The contest is open to all listeners residing within the signal areas of KLWB FM, KFXZ FM, KYMK FM AND KOGM FM who are 18+ years of age and have made legal entries in the station’s loyalty clubs, excluding full or part-time employees of Delta Media Corporation, its subsidiaries, sponsors and promotional partners. Listeners may only win one prize during the contest period.
Prizes & Taxes
Prize values are $1,000 that will be paid by check to an eligible winner. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Contest rules are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
The contest may be terminated by Delta Media at any time without prior notice. Delta Media’s interpretation of the rules and all other decisions shall be final and binding upon all participants.
All taxes incurred on prizes won shall be the sole responsibility of winners.
Winner Rules
By entering into the contest, each Entrant, whether or not a winner, gives Delta Media permission to use his or her name, voice and/or any likeness in any photographs, print, video, website or recorded audio for broadcast or publicity purposes with no further compensation or consent. Winners must provide two forms of legal ID to claim a prize and must sign a claim sheet acknowledging and accepting the prize won and any and all tax liability. Entrants and winners may be required to sign a release form agreeing to hold harmless Delta Media Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, sponsors, partners, agents, assigns and affiliated companies from any liability, damages or injury including any attorney fees,
as a result of participation in the contest and/or use of the prize.

TO ENTER ON-AIR: Listeners will be asked to call in on a designated telephone line or send in a fax at a particular time or times during any given air shift on the station. At the time that calls are solicited, the criteria for winning will be announced (e.g., first six callers, tenth caller, first caller with the correct answer). Winners will be selected by in accordance with the criteria announced when calls are solicited. The contest will be judged by Station personnel, and the decision of the judges will be final as to all matters, including (1) the order in which calls were received and (2) whether any answer required to be given is correct. The station is not responsible for telephone system failure or other inability of entrants to reach telephone entry line.
In the event that two (2) telephone lines are tied together during a phone in contest, the entire phone call will be disqualified and another phone call will be taken. The station cannot award duplicate prizes to both parties in a “tied together” situation. An example of a tied together call may be two (2) telephone calls originating from the same location or residence, or a party line.

TO ENTER TEXT MESSAGE SWEEPSTAKES AND CONTESTS: Listeners will be asked to use a text-messaging enabled wireless device to text a specified “keyword” to a specified five digit number. After you send in the text-message you will receive a confirmation text validating one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You will be charged for each text message sent or received from your handset according to the terms and conditions of your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier. Your standard text and data rates may apply. Each wireless carrier’s rate plan may vary, and entrants should contact their wireless carrier for information on text messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in the sweepstakes or contest. Any text message form of entry into a sweepstakes or contest will be deemed made by the named account holder whose mobile phone number is assigned at the time of entry to the text-messaging enabled wireless device used to text the entry. Unless otherwise indicated on our website or as explained by our on-air talent or in our on-air promotions, there is a limit of one entry per contest per person; any person submitting more than one entry per contest may be disqualified.
Stations are not responsible for problems accessing the Station websites or Facebook pages, for problems sending a text, technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of a website or text entry, or any other problems which may or may not result from station sweepstakes and contests.
Note that webcasts of Station’s programming are typically on a delayed basis, which may affect a webcast listener’s ability to participate in any contest or sweepstakes. Stations will not accept collect calls. Stations are not responsible for telephone line unavailability, busy signals on the sweepstakes or contest line, operator interference, technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of the phone call, telephone system malfunctions, or any other telephone problems or human error which may or may not result from any sweepstakes or contest.

All entries must be received by 5pm on the specified deadline date. The station is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail or for printing errors. No mechanically reproduced or completed entries will be accepted.
HOW WINNERS ARE CHOSEN AND NOTIFIED: The criteria and process for selecting winners will typically be stated on a website, facebook page, twitter page and periodically in on-air promotions. Unless otherwise stated, winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone. PRIZES: The number of winners, the specific prizes to be awarded, and the values of prizes will typically be stated on the websites and may be periodically included in on-air promotions. Odds of winning will typically be dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. The winner is responsible for all income taxes due as a result of his or her accepting a prize, and an IRS Form 1099 may be submitted to applicable taxing authorities.
CLAIMING A PRIZE: Unless otherwise stated on the station website, each winner must claim his/her prize in person, the prize must be claimed at the KDCG-TV, Z-1059, Mustang 1071, KVOL AM 1330, 1063 Radio Lafayette, 1037 The Game or El Sabor 877 and 1053 FM Studios, 3501 NW Evangeline Thruway Carencro, LA 70520, during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) within thirty (30) days after the day he or she wins unless otherwise instructed. This is to verify that the prize is being given to the qualified winner. Failure to comply with this deadline shall be deemed to be the winner’s forfeiture of his or her right to claim a prize. Each winner must prove he or she is a qualified winner by presenting identification acceptable to KDCG-TV, Z-1059, Mustang 1071, KVOL AM 1330, 1063 Radio Lafayette, 1037 The Game or El Sabor 877 and 1053 FM (e.g., state driver’s license; state issued identification card; valid passport with address verification; or birth certificate with social security card and photo identification and address verification). If a winner cannot prove he or she is a qualified winner, the prize will not be awarded. All unclaimed prizes remain the property of Station. NOTE: Delta Media Corp offices may be closed in observance of National or Federal holidays.
ELIGIBILITY: Individuals must be 18 years or older and legal residents of Louisiana (in the Lafayette, LA. Metro Area) to be eligible to participate and win prizes in KDCG-TV, Z-1059, Mustang 1071, KVOL AM 1330, 1063 Radio Lafayette, 1037 The Game or El Sabor 877 and 1053 FM on-line contests and promotions unless otherwise specified by the sponsoring Station for a specific sweepstakes or contest. You are not eligible to enter our on-line contests if you or a member of your immediate family works for Delta Media Corp, any contest sponsor, any local radio or television station in the Lafayette, LA area, or any of these companies’ parent or related companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising agencies.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS: In order to be eligible to win a prize in any Station contest or sweepstakes, winners may win one minor prize within a 30-day period from any of the following stations: KDCG-TV, Z-1059, Mustang 1071, KVOL AM 1330, 1063 Radio Lafayette, 1037 The Game or El Sabor 877 and 1053 FM (collectively, “Sponsor”). Prizes valued at $399 or less will be deemed minor prizes. All sweepstakes and contests are void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

RELEASE; CONSENT TO USE LIKENESS, VOICE AND ADDRESS: By participating in an on-line contest or on-air contest, you: (a) agree to release and indemnify Delta Media Corp and any contest or sweepstakes sponsor(s) or prize providers (including their officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, and parent or related companies) from and against any and all liability, claims, damages and actions arising directly or indirectly out of or sustained in connection with the conduct of the promotion or contest, and the awarding, acceptance or use of any prize(s); and (b) consent to the use by KDCG-TV, Z-1059, Mustang 1071, KVOL AM 1330, 1063 Radio Lafayette, 1037 The Game or El Sabor 877 and 1053 FM, for promotional purposes only, of your on-line entry, your likeness, your voice, and/or your address (city and state) without any additional compensation.
MISCELLANEOUS: Decisions of KDCG-TV, Z-1059, Mustang 1071, KVOL AM 1330, 1063 Radio Lafayette, 1037 The Game or El Sabor 877 and 1053 FM concerning any and all matters with respect to station sweepstakes or contest shall be final. KDCG-TV, Z-1059, Mustang 1071, KVOL AM 1330, 1063 Radio Lafayette, 1037 The Game or El Sabor 877 and 1053 FM reserves the right to change its contest rules, including these standard terms and conditions, without notice. These standard terms and conditions may be changed or supplemented by contest-specific rules. If there’s a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and any contest-specific rules that we may develop, the contest-specific rules shall control. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and must be taken in their entirety. KDCG-TV, Z-1059, Mustang 1071, KVOL AM 1330, 1063 Radio Lafayette, 1037 The Game or El Sabor 877 and 1053 FM is not responsible for printing errors in the sweepstakes or contest materials, these rules, or any contest-specific rules that we may implement. By entering our sweepstakes or contests, each contestant agrees to be bound by, and comply with, all official rules governing the sweepstakes or contest, including these standards terms and conditions or any contest-specific rules we may implement. Some sweepstakes or contest prizes may be shared by the winner, or allow someone to accompany or share in the prize with the winner. A pair of concert tickets would be an example of this. For such prizes, by accompanying a winner or sharing in the prize with a winner, any winner’s guest(s) or accompanying party(ies) agree(s) to be bound by all official rules governing the sweepstakes or contest, including these standards terms and conditions or any sweepstakes-specific or contest-specific rules we may implement.
