2020 is going to be a good year for Zydeco Music. Expect new music from Wayne Singleton coming in March. The title of the album is Urban Creole. - What was the first instrument you learned to play ? EVERY CHRISTMAS WHEN I WAS LITTLE I WOULD GET A SET OF DRUMS. I LEARNED TO PLAY MUSIC ON MY OWN. I WAS A DRUMMER FOR MANY YEARS. PLAYED THE DRUMS FIRST IN SO MANY BANDS… FIRST TIME ON STAGE WITH ZYDECO FORCE, PLAYING THE DRUMS
- How did you get your start playing music? MY UNCLE DAVID SINGLETON SAW I HAD TALENT AND PUSHED ME TO PURSUE MUSIC.
- What advice would you give to beginners who are nervous? JUST LEARN THE BUSINESS BEFORE THROWING YOURSELF ON STAGE NOBODY GIVES YOU NOTHING.
