Music and Market in Opelousas is the perfect way to kick off the weekend. The music starts at 6 pm and ends at 8:30 pm.
This week features music from Rusty Metoyer & The Zydeco Krush from Lake Charles. The featured produce is turnips. This week it will be held at at Le Vieaux Village. Don’t forget your lawn chairs and blankets. There will also be plenty of food and beverages for sale.
This free music series features Louisiana music artists as well as fresh homegrown vegetables and other Louisiana products that are for sale from local farmers and producers.
The new season of Music & Market continues every Friday through May 19 at Le Vieux Village 828 East Landry Street in Opelousas.
