There is always something to celebrate in Louisiana. I love living in the festival capitol of the world. From Crustaceans (Crawfish Festival last week) to Amphibians (The Frog Festival this week) we know how to pass a good time. It’s going to be hopping this week in Rayne Louisiana for the annual Frog Festival.
It runs May 8-11th with a full schedule of music, delicious food, and fun. Don’t miss the signature events such as frog racing, The Arts & Crafts show, Frog Cook-off, Frog Eating Contest, Dance Contest, Free Kids Area with real LIVE frogs, the Grand Parade and Carnival Rides. The Rayne Frog Festival a family friendly event with free admission for children 12 and under.
