You have a chance to help build the Bayou Teche Paddle Trail by supporting the upcoming Paddle Parade.

The Shake Your Trail Feather Paddle Parade is on Saturday, October 16. Paddlers will float along the bayou starting from Poche Bridge at 10 am to Parc des Ponts in Breaux Bridge finishing around noon. The Paddle parade will be led by two Cajun bands. The C’est Bon Manger food truck will serve a picnic lunch in the park after the event. There will also be a Best Bird Contest, free raffle tickets, and merchandise for sale at the event.
