Fans of Empire, know it’s good, and it’s about to get mo better and mo eye candy. Taye Diggs has joined the cast of Empire. He will be playing “Angelo Dubois” who is a New York politician.   Angelo Dubois is a graduate of Harvard Law School. He want to make a difference in the world through politics and community organizing. He is a city councilman and comes from a wealthy New York Family.  His character is being compared to the early years of President Barack Obama.

Have mercy, a sexy smart politician? How is he going to fit in the Empire.  Maybe he’ll be loving up on Cookie!  We shall see when Empire returns Wednesday, September 21 at 8 pm on FOX.

Taye Diggs is a very busy working actor. He can currently be seen in TNT’s “Murder in the First” he also recently ended a recurring role with his best man buddy Morris Chestnut on another FOX series, “Rosewood”. I am looking forward to seeing him in the third installment of the “Best Man” movies, “Best Man Wedding”.    [email protected]
