Louisiana’s top volleyball teams will be in town this week ready to claim the big title. The Louisiana High School Athletic Association State Volleyball Championship is from November 10th to 12th at the Cajundome. LHSAA has a 3-year commitment to hold the finals in Lafayette and this is year one. The reason the championship was in Lafayette last year was that the Pontchartrain Center suffered damage from Hurricane Ida.

The Quarterfinals are Thursday, the semifinals are Friday, and championship play for all divisions will be this Saturday.

Tickets are on sale now through the Cajundome Box Office at $16.50 each. Separate tickets will be sold per day. Tickets are also available online for a convenience fee added through Ticketmaster.com.

Nine schools have qualified to participate in the State Volleyball Championship.
