Lil Nate’s 7th Annual L’Argent Trailride, Chicken Run, Rodeo and Opelousas Parade

Mardi Gras weekend is going to be lit!  There are enough, parades, beads, balls, king cakes, parties, dances, and fun for all.   Opelousas, is the place to be for a weekend of  Zydeco Music, hosted by “The Baby Boy Of Zydeco” Nathan Williams Jr. aka Lil Nate & The Zydeco Big Timers.

Watch out for me! Stephanie from the @Work Network on Z-105.9! I will be hosting the events at the Yambilee Building & Arena.  I like to turn up! Imma be doing it with my dancing boots on, until midnight on Mardi Gras.  Make sure you stop me and say hello and Happy Mardi Gras!

Saturday, February 25 – Rodeo – 1pm – Yambilee Arena – 1939 W Landry St. Opelousas – 10pm-2am  JPaul, Jr. & The Zydeco Nubreeds

Sunday, February 26 –  Parade – 12pm – Yambilee Building & Arena -1939 W Landry St.  Opelousas – 4pm-8pm – Leon Chavis & The Zydeco Flames –  Lil Nate & The Zydeco Big Timers.

Sunday Mardi Gras Parade (The Yambilee Building – 1939 W Landry St., Opelousas, Louisiana)Parade starts at 1pm – followed by performances by Lil Nate & The Zydeco Big Timers, Leon Chavis & The Zydeco Flames.
