In St Landry Parish check out the historic town of Grand Coteau Saturday for the Sweet Dough Pie Festival from 9am-3pm on the grounds of St. Charles Catholic Church.

In Baton Rouge the Southern Jaguars are celebrating Homecoming with a host of entertaining activities. Saturday’s homecoming football game between the Jaguars and University of Arkansas Pine Bluff Golden Lions is at A.W. Mumford Stadium. Kick off is at 4 p.m.
