Moon Girl aka Lunella Lafayette!!!
9 year old, Lunella is the main character in the Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur comics. She is the smartest superhero to date, due to the fact that she carries an “inhuman gene,” and she also is a skillful engineer. Many of the challenges she will face in upcoming comics will not only show her smarts but how she saves the world on several occasions. Did I mention that she is a little black girl?!?
I am so excited about this storyline, Moon Girl’s character and that Marvel is showcasing to the world what most of us already know, Black Girl Magic is here to stay!! I cannot wait to show my daughter!!
