J. Howell is from Memphis, TN.  He discovered his unique voice while in elementary school, and the rest is history.  He is pursuing his dreams.  J. Howell reminds me of a young El Debarge.  He has a feel-good, silky soul voice.  It doesn’t hurt that he is easy on the eyes. Give a serious listen to this young man.  He could become your new favorite artist.
